  European Creative Industries  

This is the first European information platform on cultural and creative industries. We gather news on cultural policies and industries from across Europe and the whole world and publish them in three languages. The portal is based on a Europe-wide authors’ network: The authors provide information on current facts and trends in their respective countries.

A newsletter with the latest headlines and links to the recently published news is sent out every two weeks.

Herewith you receive all articles published in August on our European Information Platform. In the future this newsletter will be sent out every two weeks.
 
We have updated our website and created a new domain “Statistics and Facts” in which you will find different reports on cultural and creative industries. This domain will progressively be completed.
 
During the next weeks we will put online the results and action proposals from the workshops organised during the conference “Cultural and creative industries in Europe”.
